Filters quality testing by double

1. Air filter

The air filter must be match with the original engine power, economy and reliability.

(1) Rated gas flow

The chlorine flow of air filter technical parameters should be greater than the equipped engine rated flow.

(2) Filter material

(3) Filter performance test

2. Diesel fuel filter

3. Oil filter

Full-flow oil filter should follow the ISO4548 standards to have test.

(1) Pressure drop - flow characteristic test

Use the appointed viscosity oil determination filter’s assembly pressure drop - flow rate curve.

(2) Filter pass-component characteristics test

Determination of filter pressure drop - bypass flow curve, when a low pressure drop through the filter, in order to limit the unfiltered oil, bypass components in the pressure drop below the opening, allowing a small amount of oil; and when the filter element completely blocked, can bypass all the traffic and do not exceed the specified pressure drop.

(3) High-pressure drop and high-temperature characteristic test

4. Hydraulic oil filter

(1) filtration

(3) Filter strength

We Should according to the ISO2941-83 standard to have broken - impact test. Sharp decline in the damaged filter pressure differential should be greater than the specified value.

(4) Flow fatigue characteristics

We should according to the ISO3724-90 standard for 10 million cycles fatigue test.
